Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled IT and Digital Marketing Specialist from anywhere in the world to join our collaborative team. Key Responsibilities
- IT Consulting & Support : Manage and support clients’ and internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware / software systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues remotely or onsite, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures and backup solutions.
- Collaborate with external IT vendors globally to ensure reliable services.
- Support communication platforms like RingCentral for seamless teamwork.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Advertising : Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
- Conduct market research to identify and target relevant audiences across regions.
- Create engaging content and visuals using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare ROI reports.
- Leverage HubSpot for automation, lead management, and customer engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends relevant to our clients’ industries.
Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or comparable fields.Proven experience in IT support, digital marketing, and social media advertising.Familiarity with RingCentral, HubSpot, and advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global, remote team.Preferred Skills
