Overview

Social Media Specialist role at Jobs via Dice . The client is Robert Half. This is a long-term contract with remote work; preference for candidates located on the East Coast.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Create and curate engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve audience engagement.

Manage paid and organic social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to enhance social media strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Respond to audience inquiries and comments in a timely and meticulous manner to foster community engagement.

Test and implement new tools and techniques to improve content delivery and campaign outcomes.

Prepare regular reports detailing social media campaign performance and insights.

Assist with the transition to regular hours as workload increases.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management and strategy, with attention to detail.

Proficiency in managing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Strong skills in creating high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences.

Experience with social media analytics tools to measure and report on performance.

Familiarity with paid advertising strategies on social platforms is preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of consumer, lifestyle, and corporate / B2B social media practices.
