Touchmark at The Ranch is Prescott's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities.

We are currently seeking compassionate and hospitality-minded people to join our growing team as full-time and part-time Home Care Caregivers!

Starting Wage : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience

Part-Time shifts open

7 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM or 1 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 PM

Our Home Care Services team serve residents of Touchmark at The Ranch and operates out of our beautiful community. This is an incredibly special opportunity to make a positive impact in the life of another person daily, and to build relationships with some amazing people at the same time.

As a Home Care Caregiver, you will assist residents with a variety of daily living activities in the comfort of their own homes - activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; general housekeeping and laundry tasks; nutritious meal planning and preparation; accompanying on appointments, grocery shopping, and dog walking to name a few. You will also provide something that is so important to everyone : companionship, which may be in the form of reading a book together, going for walks, doing crafts, listening to music together, or just having a simple conversation.

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will :

Have current Caregiver certification in Arizona

Med Tech Certification (preferred but not required)

Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Be willing to obtain CPR / First Aid certification

Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment

Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality

Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
