Base Pay Range

$25.00 / hr - $32.00 / hr

About the Role

A well-established pump systems and equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join their service team in South Florida. This role involves traveling to customer sites to perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of large-scale pumping systems used in industrial, municipal, and agricultural applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service and maintain pumps, motors and related control systems
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues in the field
  • Perform alignment, testing and flow calibration on various pump systems
  • Document all work performed and communicate effectively with customers and the service department
  • Provide technical support and recommendations to optimize system performance
  • Maintain company tools, vehicles and equipment in top condition

    • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of field service experience working on industrial or municipal pumps, rotating equipment or similar mechanical systems
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (480V 3-phase systems preferred)
  • Experience with pump alignment, mechanical seals, bearings and impellers
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel regionally for service calls
