• Leads or collaborates within cross-functional project teams, taking ownership of the development, execution, and implementation of initiatives aligned with site and business strategic goals—primarily focused on instrumentation and electrical (I&E) scopes.
• Drives reliability improvement initiatives and provides expert guidance on the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment and power distribution systems (up to 34.5 kV).
• Delivers timely technical support in instrumentation and electrical systems through proactive monitoring of daily unit operations.
• Identifies and implements opportunities to reduce costs, enhance reliability, and improve safety and environmental performance.
• Offers technical expertise and consultation to engineering and field teams, including hands-on troubleshooting support when necessary.
• Designs and executes I&E engineering solutions and PLC programming for small-scale projects.
• Oversees engineering contractors and ensures quality deliverables on large-scale I&E control projects.
• Ensures strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conducts specialized technical training sessions for field personnel as needed.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date I&E documentation, including drawings, datasheets, databases, and equipment records.
• Continuously seeks improvements in instrumentation and control system design to enhance performance and maximize plant availability.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $135000.00 / hr.
