Job Title : Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience

License : Current RN license

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

Must-Have : EPIC charting experience

Description :

Provide emergency care nursing to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Utilize EPIC charting for documentation and patient care information.

Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Treat a diverse patient population, including those with mental health needs.

Work with law enforcement and behavioral health teams to facilitate patient care.

Engage in a collaborative team approach to patient care management.

Be part of a supportive work environment with a mix of experienced and newer staff.

Participate in nursing quality improvement initiatives.

Adhere to the dress code of Caribbean Blue scrubs.

Maintain current certifications and licenses throughout the assignment.

Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.
