What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on daily living activities and therapy.
  • Document patient visits and care plans in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist Occupational Therapists in evaluating patient functions.
  • Guide patients in therapeutic and self-care activities.
  • Assess home safety and recommend necessary equipment.
  • Manage scheduling and communicate with patients effectively.
  • Participate in case conferencing and interdisciplinary communication.

What You'll Bring

  • Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in Illinois.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

    The compensation for this position ranges from $46,592 to $77,883 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role offers flexible hours based on patient needs, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
