Responsibilities Positions available in an 18-bed pediatric unit including 4 PICU beds, 3 step down, and 11 pediatric med / surg beds Patient population includes pediatric ICU, step down, and med / surg cases Day / night rotation schedule with 36 hours per week Care for pediatric floor level, level 2 (Q2h interventions, BiPAP), and level 3 (critical care) patients May float to pediatric med / surg or ICN depending on patient census Duties include caring for a range of pediatric acuity levels and floating as needed First-time travelers are welcome Must provide care for both ICU and non-ICU pediatric patients based on census and unit needs Requirements Active NH or compact RN license required and must remain active for the assignment duration APHON chemotherapy certification required Current BLS certification required Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the past 2 years No local candidates accepted; must live more than 75 miles from the facility Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-610139.
