Asset Data Entry Specialist

Key Skills & Requirements :

• Conduct IT asset inventory (computers, servers, printers, networking equipment).
• Use barcode / RFID scanners; update records in ServiceNow (preferred).
• Verify asset details, condition, and resolve discrepancies.
• Work in hospital environment – follow HIPAA & hospital policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; stand / walk for extended periods.
• High School Diploma required; IT degree or 1–2 years asset management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
