We are seeking a proactive IT Specialist to join our team and become the central resource for all internal technology. This is a critical, hands-on role responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our entire IT infrastructure and providing excellent technical support to every employee.

What You'll Do

• Infrastructure Management : Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade all end-user hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Technical Support : Provide expert support for hardware, software, and network issues, accurately documenting all resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Network Maintenance : Manage and maintain core network infrastructure, including the configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Security & Compliance : Implement and manage security measures and enforce IT policies, including performing regular data backups and testing restorability.
• Asset & Lifecycle Management : Own the IT asset lifecycle, maintaining precise inventory of hardware, software licenses, and cloud subscriptions from procurement through disposal.
• Telecom Administration : Administer and support the corporate telephony (VoIP) system and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Project Execution : Execute technical tasks for internal IT projects, such as system rollouts and infrastructure migrations.
• Digital Operations : Perform routine maintenance and content updates for the company website and manage scheduling / deployment across social media platforms.
