Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) All Shifts

Adira Nursing and Rehab is looking for caring Certified Nursing Assistants to care for our fantastic residents and patients. We are seeking multiple shift CNA's for weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, kiosks, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.
• Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Charge / Staff Nurse as soon as practical.
• Receive the nursing report upon reporting on / off duty and maintain other records as directed.
• Perform and / or assist resident with all hygienic and grooming functions, including dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, shaving, bowel and bladder functions.
• Check residents routinely to assure that their personal care needs are being met per the plan of care.
• Provide residents with Social Interactions.
• Present a positive image of the facility to all customers, such as job applicants, families, and the community.
• Other duties as assigned.
