Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Deaconess Specialty Physicians Gateway MOB2 Cardiology Outpatient; F-T 80 hrs. / pay

Deaconess Specialty Physicians Cardiology is seeking a full-time Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Outpatient team at Gateway.  This is a salaried position with a competitive base rate.  Typical working hours will be Monday – Friday 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm with some variation possible as patient volume dictates.  Candidates should be licensed in the State of Indiana and certified by the ANCC / AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant.
