Senior Fabrication Lead

Staffmark is hiring a Senior Fabrication Lead on behalf of our client in Corona, CA. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity for a skilled fabrication professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic manufacturing environment. If you bring hands-on experience in sheet metal and team leadership, this role offers stability, growth, and a place to make your mark.

Pay : $32.64 - $35.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift : 1st Shift Only | Monday - Friday | 5 : 00 AM - 1 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

• Oversee daily production schedules and ensure workflow efficiency
• Maintain strict quality standards for fabricated products
• Accurately interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Operate and troubleshoot fabrication tools and machinery
• Lead, train, and mentor the fabrication team
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
