About the Job :

Sales Recruiter Responsibilities :

  • Make 75-100 daily outbound Cold Calls to qualified candidates who match the job requirements.
  • Utilize multiple recruitment tools to their full extent including Phone, Text, Email, Video, Referrals, and Social media to generate new business.
  • Thoroughly screen and present interested candidates to the assigned Account Executive.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication critical thinking skills.
  • Utilize a production-driven mindset to meet and exceed KPI goals and objectives weekly.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.  It doesn’t matter what you received your degree in as long as you have the ability and are willing to learn.
  • High level of Energy, Passion, Drive, Intuitiveness, Competitive Spirit, Ambition to succeed, and Self-motivation.
  • Ability to exceed weekly and monthly sales expectations.  Your past achievements personally and professionally must demonstrate a self-driven and success-oriented mentality.
  • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate over the phone and / or on video calls.
  • Reside in the Tampa Bay area and willing and able to work out of our Tampa based office.
