Maintain strong relationships with sales, product, finance, and alliance teams to align on priorities. Define and document best practices for initiative planning, execution tracking, and decision protocols. Ensure consistent application of transformation office standards across enterprise projects. Support capability-building sessions and change management activities. 2–3 years in consulting, tech strategy, corporate development, or investment banking. Skills : Tableau, Excel / Sheets, PowerPoint / Slides, Salesforce; financial modeling and analytical capabilities. Mindset : Action-oriented, detail-focused, with a track record of problem-solving in ambiguous settings. Proven ability to drive alignment across functions in fast-paced environments. Bachelor’s degree required.

Enterprise Transformation Associate
Drive fact-based decision-making and execution across our clients’ Enterprise business. Support development of 3–5-year enterprise growth plans and translate them into actionable initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to analyze data, build financial models, and deliver clear, impactful recommendations.
Key Responsibilities :
Decision Support & Execution :
- Prepare and maintain financial and scenario models to inform executive decisions.
- Lead hands-on execution of priority initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
- Monitor progress against commitments; identify and resolve roadblocks.
