What you will be doing as Volunteer role :

As a Mentor & Youth Support Advocate, you’ll play a hands-on role in guiding, supporting, and empowering youth in need. Your impact will be felt through :

• Mentoring & Support Sessions – Provide encouragement and guidance to help youth navigate challenges.
• Community Connection – Assist Case Managers in identifying resources and support networks for youth and families.
• Family & Provider Engagement – Help maintain strong relationships with families and service providers to ensure success.
• Direct Youth Outreach – Connect with youth and parents through phone calls and in-person visits.
• Impact Measurement – Assist with youth surveys to track progress and program success.
• Home Visits & Community Engagement – Accompany Case Managers to meet youth in safe, supportive environments.
• Special Projects – Take part in initiatives that further our mission and support our youth.
