Located in Appleton, WI

Salary : $20.00 - $24.00 / HR

Hours : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm

Pay : $20.00 - $24.00 / HR

Duties :

  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customer inquiries related to rubber applications, systems, and components
  • Provide professional support to internal sales teams and branch associates to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare accurate quotes and assist in product sourcing and selection based on customer needs
  • Recommend product alternatives, solutions for system improvements, and cycle time efficiencies to increase customer value
  • Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and technical assistance
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure consistent and timely communication

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a solid grasp of English grammar
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents or engineering drawings
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
