As our Health and Wellness Director , you’ll be an essential member of the leadership team, guiding clinical services with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. You’ll lead a talented nursing team, ensure compliance with regulations, and inspire a culture that prioritizes resident well-being and employee success.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor nursing staff with servant leadership.

Oversee resident care and individualized care plans.

Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Build strong collaboration with staff, physicians, and families.

What We’re Looking For

Current, LVN, or LPN license

Leadership experience in senior care (4+ years preferred).

Expertise in geriatric nursing, memory care, safety, and infection control.

A servant leader with strong judgment, compassion, and drive.
