Lexington Hotel Group is actively seeking a Sales Manager to join our Home2 Suites Lexington University | Medical Center team. If you are enthusiastic, detail oriented and love working together to succeed, we want to talk with you!

  • Work Collaboratively with the Hotel Team and Market Team
  • Able to effectively manage a Fast-Paced Hotel Environment

What you'll be doing....

  • Pro-actively engage within designated market to find new business opportunities and grow current accounts
  • Initiate and follow up on incoming leads and referrals to maximize business opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Detail and execute groups and events through departure and re-solicitation
  • Work with internal and external departments to find creative solutions when needed
  • With the Director of Sales, create strategies to grow occupancy and rate

    • Minimum Requirements...

  • 2-5 Years of Hotel Sales Experience
  • Computer proficiency and experience with : Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
  • Experience with Delphi and Opera a plus
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs.
  • May work some evenings and weekends, as needed
