What We Do Momentum is a sales automation platform for RevOps teams to standardize sales motions. We connect the sales stack, and bring consistent and repeatable motions via automated sales workflows. Momentum shortens deal cycles, improves cross functional collaboration, and gives sales teams increased visibility into their most important deals.

About This Role We are looking for a Principal User Experience Lead / Manager to head all UX initiatives at Momentum. This is an exciting role for someone with design managerial experience who is looking to grow into a seasoned design leader. This person will start as a Principal UX Lead / Manager and eventually grow into a Director of UX

In this role, you will define the direction and set the goals for the User Experience team, in close collaboration with Product and Engineering. You will have a team of UX designers to help execute on this vision. Please include links to an online portfolio in addition to your resume. Submissions without a portfolio will not be considered.

Minimum Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in UX Design. Preferably in B2B SaaS spaces.

Experience managing or leading design teams and managing Individual Contributors.

A portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing User Experience with user-centered goals to help shape overall product strategy.

Experience working on a product from inception to shipment. Early stage startup experience is a plus, but not required.

Ability to be scrappy, think outside the box, and get things done!

Ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
