VCA Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Kalamazoo is a 24 / 7 / 365 emergency, critical care and specialty practice, located in Portage, MI. We are seeking an Experienced Client Service Representative to join our overnight team Full-time.

Client Service Representative Duties :

• Customer service functions such greeting clients and handling multi-line telephones
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical related pet care
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence

Potential Schedule : Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts available

Compensation : $15 20 / hr based on skill set and experience
