Must-Have : Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours before the start date

Job Description :

• Ensure the prescreen is completed and attached upon candidate submission.
• Attach resume and license verification; incomplete applications will be declined.
• Provide three professional references.
• Complete and clear credentialing checklist items, including :
• County, federal, and multi-state criminal checks (7 years for all locations lived and worked)
• Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more)
• HHS / OIG and GSA searches
• Social security number trace
• Completion of 1 Step PPD, Quantiferon, or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray
• SAM and CORI Massachusetts background checks
• 8 hours of dementia training
• Bilingual skills and holiday coverage are not required for this position.
