Job Description
Responsible for assisting with the care and maintenance of a sheep herd, including feeding, monitoring animal health, setting up equipment for bleeding procedures, and maintaining farm facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Feed and care for sheep daily
- Set up and clean bleeding equipment and areas (no direct bleeding of animals)
- Enter data into computer systems
- Perform basic facility maintenance (e.g., mowing, minor repairs)
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas
- Participate in weekend care rotation and safety checks
