Location : 3355 High Point Blvd Bethlehem, PA 18017

Employment Type : Full-Time | On-Site

Salary Range : $60,000-$65,000 annually | Based on education and experience

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a Preschool Principal to guide our school community with compassion, vision, and excellence. This is a leadership role where youll shape the culture, inspire teachers, support families, and ensure children thrive in a safe, joyful, and engaging environment.

What Youll Do :

  • Lead with Vision : Create and uphold a safe, nurturing, and inclusive school culture aligned with our mission
  • Grow Enrollment & Engagement : Drive enrollment through community involvement, family partnerships, and strong school reputation
  • Develop Teachers & Staff : Attract, mentor, and retain top early childhood educators through coaching and career pathways
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance : Maintain state licensing, accreditation, and health / safety standards
  • Support Learning Excellence : Oversee our Links to Learning curriculum, ensuring quality instruction and student success
  • Manage Operations : Oversee budgets, staffing, vendors, and resources to ensure financial sustainability and smooth daily operations

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of leadership or administrative experience in an early childhood setting
  • Knowledge of licensing, accreditation, and compliance standards
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with families, staff, and the community
  • A purpose-driven leader who is passionate about helping children, families, and educators thrive
