What youll do at Druid
Were looking for a hands-on, data-driven marketer to lead high-impact programs that fuel growth and engagement across North America. As Senior Marketing Manager, youll drive the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated campaigns and programs that build brand awareness, generate quality leads, and accelerate pipeline through multiple channels.
Youll collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to launch targeted initiatives, deliver partner co-marketing programs, and continuously measure performance to ensure strong ROI and alignment with business goals. From budgeting and logistics to campaign optimization, youll own the full marketing lifecycleturning strategy into measurable results.

What Youll Do
Go-to-Market Strategy Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and account-based plans that build pipeline through a holistic go-to-market approach.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to align priorities and ensure programs deliver measurable results.
- Partner with product marketing, digital marketing, vertical SMEs, and other stakeholders to create campaigns that resonate.
- Leverage third-party vendors and agencies to execute high-impact, pipeline-generating programs.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure messaging, positioning, and campaigns reach the right audiences.
- Explore innovative marketing tactics and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the U.S. market.
Performance Measurement
Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives to maximize ROI.Track KPIs including pipeline contribution, lead conversion, and engagement.Forecast and manage budgets, making real-time adjustments throughout the fiscal cycle.Conduct post-campaign analysis to inform future strategy and share insights across teams.What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field.7+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.Expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), email systems, and data tools (e.g., ZoomInfo).Proven success in creating and executing go-to-market campaigns that generate pipeline.Strong understanding of U.S. market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.Skilled in digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and lead generation strategies.Exceptional project management and organizational skills.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Collaborative team player with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.Experience or understanding of Conversational AI and Agentic AI is a plus.Strategic thinker who turns data into actionable marketing decisions.Passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends and technologies.
