Key Responsibilities :

• Appointment Scheduling : Manage and coordinate service appointments for our luxury Volvo clientele, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource allocation.
• Follow-Up : Proactively follow up with clients to confirm appointments, reschedule as needed, and address any changes or special requests.
• Confirmation : Verify appointment details and communicate with clients to ensure they are well-informed and prepared for their service visit.
• Glitch Recovery : Handle any scheduling issues or glitches with a keen eye for detail, implementing swift solutions to minimize disruptions and maintain client satisfaction.
• Customer Interaction : Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.
