A respected national law firm is actively seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney to join its expanding litigation practice. This position is open to experienced attorneys across the U.S. and offers a flexible hybrid or fully remote work arrangement. The role centers on leading complex, high-stakes litigation for major clients in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Complex Litigation Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of complex litigation cases from start to finish
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and prepare for trial proceedings
  • Develop litigation strategies and advise clients on risk and resolution options
  • Collaborate with colleagues, experts, and external partners to drive case outcomes
  • Maintain direct client communication and deliver strategic legal counsel
  • Ensure accurate and timely case documentation and reporting

Complex Litigation Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in defense litigation (e.g., general liability, personal injury, transportation)
  • Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases independently
  • Trial experience and familiarity with legal project management tools are a plus
