We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to manage the company's maintenance business operations, ensure we are positioned for continued growth, and effectively maintain our exacting standards. The Account Manager must understand maintenance needs, crew needs, scheduling, routes, costs, and overall contract profitability. In addition, the candidate should have experience in developing an organization's infrastructure, workflow, internal communications, and critical business processes. This individual must have hands-on field experience, understand client expectations, have a clear ability to build relationships, anticipate maintenance and enhancement needs, and have a high standard for quality work. The successful candidate will be an innovative and self-motivated leader with a high degree of maturity, personal integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.

Position Overview

As a senior member of the Administrative Team reporting to the President, the Account Manager will work closely with the Production Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, and crews to supervise critical daily operations. This position will hold a crucial role in our team as it will serve as the main conduit of communication between the field, office, and executive staff. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled professional who can coordinate all maintenance business operations while at the same time supporting the growth of a diverse and fast-growing landscape maintenance company.
