The Finance Director for Capital Planning and Analysis is a strategic role designed for a highly accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in managing and optimizing capital resources within a dynamic organization. This leader will spearhead the capital planning process, develop sophisticated analysis to support investment decisions, and provide critical insights that enable the organization to achieve its long-term strategic objectives. This person will be the Finance Global Process Owner for Capital Planning. The Director will be the business partner to Vice President, Capital Services & Solutions. This position will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that capital allocation aligns with organizational priorities, enhances operational efficiency, and drives sustainable growth.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

Strategic Capital Planning

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of the organization's capital planning framework, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Forecast long-term capital requirements based on business growth, innovation strategy, market trends, and regulatory considerations.
• Prepare, present, and defend capital plans to senior executive leadership and board of directors.
• Guide the prioritization and selection of capital projects, working closely with business partners to evaluate feasibility, risk, and return on investment.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based, and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role : Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
