Responsibilities : Sales Leadership :

- Provide guidance on complex sales negotiations, key account management, and sales techniques.
Team Development :
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement.Market Analysis :
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.Analyze sales data and metrics to develop insights and make data-driven decisions.Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing initiatives.Budget and Forecasting :
Collaborate with executive management to develop annual sales budgets and forecasts.Monitor and manage expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.Qualifications :
