Responsibilities : Sales Leadership :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed company sales goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and drive individual and collective success.
  • Provide guidance on complex sales negotiations, key account management, and sales techniques.

Team Development :

  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement.

    • Market Analysis :

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to develop insights and make data-driven decisions.

    • Customer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing initiatives.

    • Budget and Forecasting :

  • Collaborate with executive management to develop annual sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and manage expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the [industry].
