Sales Engineer - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 75k / year - Brookfield, WI
AllSearch Recruiting has a client in the Precast concrete industry looking for a Sales Engineer. Our client is known to help customers improve profitability, efficiency, and sustainability in construction. The Sales Engineer will drive spare and wear parts sales across a defined region. The Sales Engineer will manage customer relationships, identify needs, and provide tailored solutions while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their spare and wear parts requirements.
- Promote and sell spare and wear parts through technical presentations, demonstrations, and consultative sales.
- Proactively identify opportunities for parts sales and other solutions (FaMe, equipment, services).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of spare parts.
- Plan and manage spare parts inventory and replenishment; drive profitability improvements in the supply chain.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to achieve sales and margin goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Share customer and market feedback with management to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
3+ years' experience in technical sales within a relevant industry.Strong technical knowledge and solution sales experience.Willingness to travel within the assigned region.Knowledge of the precast industry and basics of concrete technology.Bachelor's degree in engineering, sales, or a related field.Compensation
Base salary in the 60k - 75k / year range plus full benefits as well as quarterly and annual bonuses.INDALL
