A company is looking for a Manager, Digital Operations to oversee digital engagement projects and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize daily operational processes for digital channels
Lead the planning and execution of digital engagement projects
Serve as a key operational contact for cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years in project or operations management, preferably in ecommerce or digital marketing
Strong understanding of DTC / ecommerce operations and platforms
Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools
Experience in a regulated industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field
