Job Details

Location : Birmingham, AL (5 days on-site; initial remote work for a few weeks to settle in at the client location)

Duration : Contract

Experience : Minimum 10 years in EBS Modules; Overall 15+ years of experience

Skills : Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and PL / SQL

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA), SCM, and Procurement
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS / Fusion solutions
  • Develop and maintain PL / SQL scripts, interfaces (Inbound / Outbound), reports (BI Publisher, XML), and customizations
  • Support data migration, integration, and testing during Fusion implementation or coexistence scenarios
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality ERP solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle EBS and Fusion environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS techno-functional roles
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 architecture and modules; experience in production support in on-site / offshore model
  • Experience as onsite lead for EBS production support
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (Cloud Financials, Procurement, SCM)
  • Proficiency in PL / SQL, Oracle Forms / Reports, Workflow, APIs
  • Experience with Fusion tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, ADFDI, REST / SOAP Web Services
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle certifications in EBS or Fusion Cloud
  • Experience with AIM / OUM methodologies
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools
  • Knowledge of data security, roles, and permissions in Oracle Cloud
