Continuous Improvement Consultant

As a Continuous Improvement Consultant , you’ll lead end-to-end assessments and redesigns using Lean, Six Sigma, and business process management methodologies to make a real impact. You’ll also drive ongoing optimization by managing training curriculum and advancing the organization’s continuous improvement capabilities, helping Maverik operate smarter, faster, and better every day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform assessments utilizing analytical skills to understand process improvement opportunities.
• Lead strategic, process improvement initiatives, utilizing business process management, lean, and six sigma methodologies.
• Conduct end-to-end process analysis and future state redesign with assistance from a more senior CI role.
• Develop Lean and Six Sigma curriculum that enables the implementation of Lean & Six Sigma principles.
• Assisting with management of the standard operating procedures library.
• Continuously expand knowledge of Lean tools and techniques.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range : $60k-$80k + DOE + Bonus Opportunity

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
