Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term & Post-Acute Care\n\nLocation : Lewis Park Post Acute - Hohenwald, TN\n\nJob Type : Full-time / Part-time / PRN\n\nShifts : (Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available)\n\nReports To : Director of Nursing\n\nQualifications : \n

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Tennessee\n
• CPR / BLS certification (must be current).\n
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute rehab preferred.\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.\n
• Commitment to resident-centered care and team collaboration.\n
• 3 year's experience preferred.\n\nPhysical Requirements : \n
• Ability to lift up to XX lbs and assist residents as needed.\n
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.\n
