Job Description Summary

We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to lead PayPal's Talent Intelligence capability. This role sits within the People Analytics function and focuses on delivering forward-looking insights on external labor markets, skills trends, and competitive benchmarks that inform workforce planning, location strategy, and talent acquisition. While the core focus is external labor market intelligence, the role will collaborate with internal people analytics partners to connect external and internal data into cohesive, actionable narratives for senior HR and business leaders.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the data analytics team.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality data insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data analytics practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $111,500 to $191,950.
