Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement scalable systems for agent onboarding, training, and resource accessibility
Create and manage enablement programs, including onboarding, ongoing education, and communication frameworks
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in enablement and build solutions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in enablement, learning and development, or internal training
Proven ability to design and implement scalable systems for a large workforce
Experience in building scalable enablement programs and training initiatives
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects
Data-driven approach to evaluating effectiveness and identifying gaps in training
