INNIO is forming a new joint venture between Jenbacher, a global leader in gas engines, power equipment, and automation technology, and Gfoellner, a top-tier manufacturer of custom-made vehicle bodies and containers. Our goal is to synergize our expertise to deliver innovative, high-quality, and reliable solutions to our customers.

We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our growing team starting late Summer 2025 at our Trenton, NJ facility.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the setup, daily operations, and continuous improvement of the Trenton facility's physical infrastructure. This professional-level role ensures the site is safe, efficient, and compliant with all applicable regulations. The Facilities Manager coordinates with vendors, manages facility-related projects, and supports space planning and sustainability initiatives. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment is required to be successful in this role.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Lead the setup and ongoing optimization of the Trenton facility, including space planning, office moves, and furniture installations.
• Oversee routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair activities to ensure operational continuity and workplace safety.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and contractors, managing service agreements and performance.
• Monitor and manage building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, service requests, and facility documentation.
• Respond to facility-related issues and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring readiness and cost control.
• Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and internal policies.
