• Employment Type : Staff\n\nIntermediate Care RN (IMC) – Nights – Direct Hire\n\nLocation : Seaford, DE\nSchedule : Full Time – 12-hour shifts, 7 : 00 PM start – Rotating weekends\nSign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000\nRelocation : Up to $2,500 reimbursement\nSalary Range : $33.00 – $52.80 / hr (commensurate with experience)\n\nAbout the Opportunity\n\nThis full-time IMC RN opening offers an exciting chance to work in a progressive, high-acuity intermediate care environment serving patients who require close monitoring and complex interventions but may not need ICU-level care. You'll join a team-focused, patient-centered nursing unit equipped to manage diverse populations, including : \n
• Sepsis and diabetic ketoacidosis\n
• Post open-heart and cardiac procedures\n
• Continuous cardiac infusions and non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP / CPAP)\n\nRNs on this unit deliver advanced cardiac and respiratory monitoring while responding quickly to changes in patient condition. The ideal nurse thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and values clinical precision, adaptability, and compassionate care.\n\nQualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact or Delaware)\n
• BLS and ACLS – American Heart Association\n
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification, or ability to obtain prior to hire\n
• Prior IMC, Step-Down, or Telemetry experience strongly preferred\n\nSchedule\n
• 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM start)\n
• Rotating weekends as scheduled\n
