K-8 Math Facilitator / Coach (Denver, CO)

Teaching Lab seeks a Facilitator / Coach to facilitate professional learning and provide instructional coaching for educators and school leaders. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in curriculum-based professional development, equitable instructional practice, and a robust record of delivering impactful 1 : 1 coaching and facilitating engaging group learning sessions for K-8 math.

The Facilitator / Coach's primary responsibility is to facilitate professional learning and provide instructional coaching for educators and school leaders, with a focus on implementing high-quality instructional materials and research-based practices. Responsibilities include designing and delivering professional development sessions, providing tailored 1 : 1 coaching and group learning experiences, building collaborative relationships with educators and leaders, and supporting data collection and reflection processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as an instructional coach, with evidence of impact in student learning outcomes. They will also have experience teaching or coaching Imagine Math and / or Coherent Math curriculum, implementing the Denver Public Schools Instructional Framework and Colorado Academic Standards, and facilitating impactful professional learning and coaching for educators in both virtual and in-person settings.

Essential Qualifications :

• Deep experience coaching educators in grades K-8 math
• Experience teaching or coaching Imagine Math and / or Coherent Math curriculum
• Experience implementing the Denver Public Schools Instructional Framework and Colorado Academic Standards
• At least two years of experience as an instructional coach with evidence of impact in student learning outcomes
• Experience facilitating impactful professional learning and coaching for educators in both virtual and in-person settings
