job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBoard Certified / Board Eligible in Pulmonary Critical Care Welcoming New Graduates and current practitioners J-1 and H1b visa candidates encouraged (Visa sponsorship available) Patient Volumes : Serving a significant 5-county area Procedures : Comprehensive ICU procedures including ventilation, lines, para / thoracentesis, intubations Hospital Facilities : State-of-the-art with a significant annual patient volume Model : Income Guarantee (3-year contract) + Production bonus Income Guarantee : $500,000+ (Based on Experience) Signing / Commencement Bonus : 50% at signing, 50% at start Student Loan Repayment : $25,000 per year Monthly Training Stipend : $1,500-$2,500 per month Relocation Assistance : Provided Benefits : 5 CME days + $4,000 allowance Malpractice Insurance Relocation assistance up to $10,000 Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401k retirement plan
Pulmonary Critical Care Physician Opportunity in a Premier Regional Medical Facility
Position Overview :
- Practice Type : Hospital Employed
- Team : 4 Pulmonary Critical Care Physicians + Nurse Practitioners (2 FT, 2 PT)
- Support : 24 / 7 Nurse Practitioner coverage, performing all procedures
- ICU : 18-bed, semi-open with an additional 6-bed ICU at a nearby facility
- Structure : Clinic and ICU coverage
- Schedule : Full Time, Monday to Friday with one late day per week (10am-7pm)
- Call : Shared among 4 PCC physicians (1 / 5 for weekends)
- EMR : Paragon (AllScripts)
