• No. of Callbacks : varies; normally only comes in for emergencies.
• No. of Procedures per day : varies from 10-15
• Required Skill : - With IR general experience is a MUST.
• Required Procedures : - Diagnostic vascular intervention, Angiography : and Angioplasty : venous & arterial, Therapeutic vascular intervention - Stenting (venous & arterial), Thrombolytic and Emobolization therapy, Interventional (body, non-neuro) - Vascular access devices / PICCS, Central lines, Port a cath insertions, IVC Filters - TIPS, Aspiration / drainage procedures, Percutaneous Needle Biopsies (Above & Below diaphragm, & Bone) - Extractions (Biliary & Renal), Abscess drainage, Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Myelopgraphy, Pain mgmt, Perc. Transhepatic Choleangiogram - Blood patch, Joint / epidural injections, Vertebroplasty, Arthrograms, Chest tube insertion, Uterine artery embolization - Liver Y90 / Tace, Gastrostomy tube insertion, Nephrostomy / ureteral stent insertion, Renal fistulograms & Cryoablation - Preferred : Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomy

• ND license or IMLC

• Residency / Fellowship
• Must have experience w / all required procedures
• With IR general experience
• With Stroke capability (preferred)
