Your Mission : To actively assist in the operations of the admissions / marketing department of the Healthcare and the Assisted Living / Memory care facilities to achieve resident census figures determined by the annual business plan.
Schedule : Friday-Monday, 10-hour shifts (+ additional weekday as needed)

Key Responsibilities :
Responsible to track, verify and log all admissions and their referring physician daily.Coordinates admission of all residents with all departments and facilities involved.Reviews potential admissions through referral platforms i.e.; Allscripts, NaviHealth, and faxed referrals from other sources.Verifies insurance coverage through the Common Working File.Coordinates with DON and or DQM to assure potential admissions meet admission criteria.Visit potential residents prior to admission, when possible, to gain a more accurate evaluation of needs and limitations.Set up transportation for new admissions; coordinate with transportation department or outsource as needed.Maintain budget for fiscal year as approved.Meets prospective residents and their families, conducts tours, and provides information and an overview of offered services and amenities.Initiates and completes all admission paperwork within 48 hours on new residents and readmissions.Initiate and organize charts in Electronic Medical Record for new admissions, enters demographic, insurance and referral information, scan and upload transfer information.Obtain and upload new admission pictures into Electronic Medical Record.Establishes and maintains contact with family members assessing their needs and being aware of their level of satisfaction with the quality of care being provided the resident.Assist in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to educate outside professionals about the healthcare center.Work with marketing representatives to coordinate events, advertising and promotions. Also work with Activities, Nursing and Food Service departments on event coordination and implementation.Answer telephone inquiries related to prospective admissions. Follow up with prospective agencies, family members and residents as needed.Attends daily meetings and updates the IDT team on potential admissions.Maintain records of contacts, tours, and those not eligible for re-admission.Notifies the receptionist and department managers regarding new admissions via email.Build relationships with hospital case managers and other referral sources.Assist with special projects as required.Your Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.Formal education or specialized training in management, marketing, or sales preferred.Previous Skilled Nursing Facility experience highly desired.Previous marketing and admissions experience required.One year experience in assisted living / memory support sales preferred.Experience with budgets, closing sales, and public speaking helpful.Access to a personal car for local travel. Valid Arizona drivers' license required.Currently Possess Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or ability to obtain is required.Team Member Benefits :
