License : An active Washington state license is required EMR : McKesson and Athena Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Other details : The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. There are an average of 1650 deliveries per year and 20-22 patients per shift. Seeking a physician to provide call coverage starting Fridays at noon and ending Mondays at 7 : 00 a.m., with initial orientation and EMR training on October 23. Upcoming coverage dates include October , November 7 10, and November 27 December 1, with likely ongoing coverage every other weekend thereafter. Physicians are required to maintain detailed documentation of patient contact and call-back hours on timesheets, including specific reasons and supporting notes for verification and audit purposes. Overtime hours must also be properly documented and associated with acceptable occurrences. Telephone calls and medical record reviews do not qualify as on-site call-back hours, and physicians are not required to remain on-site unless clinically necessary. Candidates must hold an active Washington State license, possess a clean history and malpractice record, and maintain current NRP and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications.
