Shipping Part-time Box & Bag AssemblySunday - Wednesday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM or Monday - Thursday | 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

At The Bug Company, we specialize in insect husbandry and shipping of live insects to customers across the country. Safety, accuracy, and the well-being of our insects are our top priorities. If you enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on work environment and take pride in doing things right, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Be Doing :

Assemble boxes and bags for shipping, following TBC guidelines
Lift, carry, and move boxes (up to 50 lbs) safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Follow safety procedures
Using tools like box cutters, tape guns, etc.
Support general shipping tasks

What We’re Looking For :

Comfortable working with live insects daily

Physically able to lift 50 lbs, kneel, squat, and bend

Reliable and able to work in a hot, humid, dusty environment

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Able to work independently and with a team

Basic math (count to 100) and tool-handling skills

Fluent in English with clear communication

Willingness to adapt and take on tasks as needed
