We are seeking an HVAC service technician to join our team here at Mullen Refrigeration. Primary role is to provide maintenance and repairs on a variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems while providing the customer with a high quality experience.

• Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Apply knowledge of electrical and refrigeration principles to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics, to complete accurate installations and repairs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing repair recommendations when needed
• Educate customers on maintenance programs, service options, and system efficiency improvements.
• Operate company vehicles and tools responsibly
• Collaborate with dispatchers and supervisors to manage daily service calls efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company with integrity at all times.
• Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation or repair - Please do not apply without.
• Skills / Qualifications
• Good mechanical ability
• EPA certification
• Willingness to work towards NATE Certification ( at company expense - if you already have please mention)
• Be able to SAFELY use of all major hand tools and power tools required for installations; including testing devices such as combustion analyzer.
• Continue to build sheet metal fabrication skills and to size and draw work correctly
• Must have valid drivers’ license and a good driving record
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to apprentices and junior installers
• Ability to work solo or with crew members
