Join Our Leadership Team as a Revenue Cycle Manager!

Are you a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of healthcare billing operations? At New Era Billing Services, were looking for an experienced and hands-on Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our billing and denial recovery team, improve process efficiency, and help drive financial outcomes that support better patient care.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our main location. Youll play a key leadership role in coordinating the full revenue cyclefrom coding to collectionswhile mentoring a team that thrives on accountability and growth.

What Youll Do :

  • Lead daily operations of billing, coding, and collections teams
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and revenue performance
  • Ensure compliance with payer regulations and coding accuracy
  • Produce and present detailed billing and A / R reports
  • Analyze trends and recommend improvements to leadership
  • Support training, team development, and staff coverage planning
  • Work collaboratively with providers and administration to solve problems and drive cash flow

Who Were Looking For :

  • Youve worked in healthcare billing for 7+ years
  • Youve led or trained a team for 2+ years
  • You know medical billing, claim appeals, and payer rules inside and out
  • Bonus if you know behavioral health billing
  • Youre organized, clear-thinking, and people trust your judgment
