As a Server Lead, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience where residents and guests feel genuinely cared for. In this role, you’ll ensure exceptional mealtime service, guide and support waitstaff, and model high standards in both hospitality and teamwork. As a Server Lead, you will :

• Dining Room Operations – Oversee meal service setup and cleanup, assist with food delivery, and ensure a welcoming and organized dining experience for residents and guests.
• Team Supervision & Training – Support and guide waitstaff during shifts, provide on-the-spot coaching, and model excellence in customer service and efficiency.
• Sanitation & Safety Standards – Maintain cleanliness and infection control in all dining areas, properly handle food and equipment, and follow regulatory compliance procedures.
• Resident Experience – Ensure dietary preferences and modifications are communicated and met, offer menu details with care, and uphold a resident-first hospitality culture.
• Other Duties as Assigned – The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
