Alliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94-bed skilled nursing facility currently seeking a  part time and per diem Activity Assistant to work days or weekends to provide activity and recreational services to residents.

Job Type : Part Time - Evenings

Schedule :   Evenings  3 days per week,  Holidays,  Weekend availability

Baldwinville, MA 01436 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
