Internal Medicine Opportunity-Sanford Health Worthington, MN

Sanford Clinic Worthington is looking to add two Board Eligible / Board Certified Internal Medicine physicians to work Primarily Outpatient Clinic with a small amount of Inpatient Coverage. Call is 1 : 5 to cover Week and Weekend Nights Only Employed Opportunity Hospitalist Program in place to cover Inpatients all days Certified Medical Home with a Health Coach imbedded in the clinic. Tele-medicine is also available for additional specialties such as Infectious Disease, Pulmonary / CC, etc. J1 eligible Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE) : $278,915 - $360,949 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
